Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your Framar tools, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain professional accessories and opened liquids cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Pro Tools

  Carefully place your unused items in their original Framar packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
